TECHNICIANS

Southwest Town Mechanical is dedicated to expert craftsmanship thru its highly skilled union workforce. Southwest Town’s workforce combines over 1,200 years of experience to provide to expertise needed to solve all of our customers needs.

All technicians are EPA certified and many carry to “STAR” certification.

To insure our customers needs will be solved thru the next generations, Southwest Town is an active participant in Union 597’s apprenticeship program. From selection of candidates thru actual training, Southwest Town provides instructions and guidance to the program.

Southwest Town also provides training in conjunction with the major manufacturers of HVAC equipment and utilizes techniques to better serve our partners.

SAFETY

Southwest Town Mechanical has a formal safety program and is monitored by a full time safety manager. The goal of the safety program is “zero” work place accidents.

The message from top management thru field technicians- Safety is a responsibility assumed by all on the job.

To assure all OSHA requirements are met and exceeded, the Safety Director makes periodic job site inspections.

Southwest Town has extensive safety training, and education of “safe workplace” practices, incident investigations, safety bulletins and random job site inspection, to insure compliance with the maximum safety of their employees.
