Southwest Town Mechanical has a formal safety program that is monitored by a full-time safety manager. The goal of the safety program is zero work place accidents. Safety is a responsibility assumed by each and every employee at Southwest Town Mechanical, from managers to field technicians. To assure all OSHA requirements are met and exceeded, the Safety Director makes periodic job site inspections. Southwest Town has extensive safety training and education of safe workplace practices, incident investigations, safety bulletins, and random job site inspections to ensure compliance with the maximum safety of their employees.
